Grilled Beef with Hot Basil and Chilli Sauce

cooking time : 10 minutes
Ingredients :
500g beef rib-eye or lean flank steak
125ml Hot Basil and Chilli Sauce (see below)
20g Crispy Fried Basil Leaves
(see note) to serve
Marinade
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Note : To make the Crispy Fried Basil Leaves,
stir-fry 8 to 10 thinly sliced or whole basil leaves
in several tablespoons of hot oil over medium heat
for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring constantly,
until crispy and fragrant.
Remove with a slotted spoon and
the excess oil on paper towels
